Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and playzone.ph ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the playzone.ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

By accessing the playzone.ph Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the playzone.ph Platform. This age restriction is in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. playzone.ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. playzone.ph does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on playzone.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. playzone.ph reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). playzone.ph may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify playzone.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. playzone.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 Account Activity. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. playzone.ph reserves the right to treat all transactions conducted through your account as valid and binding.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. playzone.ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or to close inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, with prior notice provided to the registered email address where possible.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. playzone.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit card, and local bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
5.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not permitted on playzone.ph, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. The use of cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals is also strictly prohibited.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable transaction limits, are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating transactions.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. playzone.ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your playzone.ph account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. playzone.ph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
5.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on playzone.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). playzone.ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
6.1 General. playzone.ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Real Money Funds in your account are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. playzone.ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within their specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation. playzone.ph is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. playzone.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect Players who have already accepted a promotion and are in the process of meeting its conditions.
7.1 Game Availability. The games available on playzone.ph are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. playzone.ph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All games on playzone.ph that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are regularly tested and audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.
7.3 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, playzone.ph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wagers placed during the affected period. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out.
7.4 Disconnection. playzone.ph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the Player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
7.5 Game History. playzone.ph maintains records of all game transactions. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held by playzone.ph shall be considered definitive, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 15.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playzone.ph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the playzone.ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of playzone.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. playzone.ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of playzone.ph.
10.1 No Warranty. The playzone.ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. playzone.ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of its content, or the uninterrupted availability of its services.
10.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playzone.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, the total aggregate liability of playzone.ph to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their playzone.ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. playzone.ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
11.1 Commitment. playzone.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Age Restriction. playzone.ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. We employ age verification measures and will suspend any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests can be initiated by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and they will be prevented from creating new accounts.

12.1 By playzone.ph. playzone.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
12.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 By the Player. Players may close their account at any time by contacting playzone.ph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
playzone.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. playzone.ph is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
playzone.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, playzone.ph will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the registered address. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and playzone.ph, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. playzone.ph will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.
15.4 Game Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome or transaction, the records maintained by playzone.ph's systems shall be considered the authoritative record, subject to review by playzone.ph's compliance team.
